How long should it take to run xml for neighbors addition? [Archive]

The provisioning takes me around 5 min (via command, not NETACT) even if the XML is for adding one neighbor only.
Does it make sense?

Not a tool, by direct command (racclimx)

it depends on how many neighbors you will add.
