Dear Experts,
Please, advise about possibility to manage neighbor list priority in NSN UTRAN network similar to E******* and Huawei, where there are specific parameters are responsible for handling specific neighbor priority.
For NSN UTRAN I could not find those parameters and way how to manage this priority.
