Huawei UMTS Accesibilty Problem with RIP Failure

Dear experts,

Our network suffered from rab fail (CS and PS both) have mostly related with Radio Interface Procedure. When we examine the problematic cells, fails start without any reasons or any sings and appears suddenly on the nwtwork.

Anyone has any experience or suggestion are all welcome.

Check the propagation delay of the cell, check the cpu usage of the node, it has 3 cpus check if someone is over 70%. Make a trace to the cell in the hour when you have the most failures during the day. Analyze CHRs
