The idea is to be based on signal level of many samples (LAT/LON) extracted from log files. But how to proceed with Asset and get these measurements imported and used ?

you will find it under Measurements.
but anyway you have firstly to start scanning for specific BCCH for will chosen sites that covers clutters that you need to calibrate your model.
ex. you have to user high sites with mostly LOS with DT routes and you have to export the scanned channels (here you have to take care of unique BSIC during your DT that you dont have many same BSIC/BCCH in the same area)
for exporting these from DT use attachment.
