Two Carrier frequency affect in 3G Network(Help)

I want to know advantages and disadvantages of two carrier using in W CD-MA network.Please share to me.

Hi HEIN,
from network point of view only advantages:
double capacity, less interferences because you can control traffic distribution between the carriers, and thanks to this better coverage. You can implement different scenarios concerning services eg R99-carrier1, HS-carrier2; load balancing etc.
Disadvantages: costs.

Definitely, second carrier will help to reduce blocking of calls due to power congestion and that improve the Access to the network.
