Dear all. When analyzing logfile from TEMS driving-test, I see that in some case when UE send Active Setup Update, it does not receive the Active Set update complete so the Soft handover is failure. Can you help me fix this problem ? Thank you so much.

Do you have any issue on the UL, what's the guarantee that the BTS received the active set update.
Maybe you have spikes or something on the UL.
check the UE transmit power at this moment.
