Dear experts,
I am experiencing a very abnormal phenomena on our 3G Huawei HSPA+ RAN12.0 network. We have received major complaints , customer is suddenly not able to have a 3G active data session, while CS calls are not affected.
Customer is having to power cycle his phone in order to fix the issue and browse data normally. In specific cases, the power cycle did not work and we had to manually detach the IMSI for the subscriber to regain PS access.
