We are facing a degradation in Internal Intra-Cell Handovers for some 2G cells (Huawei).
The counters triggered are :
H302Da:Failed Internal Intra-Cell Handovers (Reconnection to Old Channels) (Abnormal Release, Unspecified)
H302Dp:Failed Internal Intra-Cell Handovers (Reconnection to Old Channels) (Protocol Error Unspecified)

Hi fahmi,

What kind of intracell HO failure are these ? Intra cell underlaid to overlaid, overlaid to underlaid, AMR FR to HR or AMR HR to FR and is there any activity on the cell like DCS expansion which caused the sudden HO failure or half rate full rate thresholdhold modifications. A quick solution can be increase the value of timer T3103A and T3103C from 10K to 12K.
