Hi,
We have NSN BSC connected to E******* MSS. The SIGTRAN associations are connected to 2 SPX in MSS. 4 Association to SPX1 and another 4 to association to SPX2.
The connection to SPX1 flaps and cause call setup failure though there are 4 association working in SPX2. When block and unblock at MSS the association at SPX1 become active.
Appreciate your advice on what is the possible cause that makes the association flap. I sthere any setting at MSS/SPX which need to be changed to make sure the association does not flap. The SPX are configure to be load shared.
