Looking for ENIQ BO report for GSM to UMTS handover performance (Relation based) .

Hi! You may start with counters that are relation based
pmNoAttOutIratHoMulti, pmNoAttOutIratHoSpeech
and
pmNoSuccessOutIratHoMulti, pmNoSuccessOutIratHoSpeech
respectively.

Friend these counters belongs to Multi RAB services from 3G to GSM . But my request is BO template for HO from GSM to 3G

Right you are. For GSM there are HOVERCNTUTRAN and HOVERSUCUTRAN.
