Why sometimes i can run software download omt & sometimes not,what's the problem ?

Can you give more details to try to explain to you the problem with OMT

when you do that : Maintenance,display,rbs software download,some times this operation success & sometimes not ,the flashcard is ok,

YOU must have many version of OMT on your computer this is my experience

I think the version of omt have a relation of version of rbs
