Could you please support me to understand the below details taken from Activate PDP Context Accept message:

Guaranteed bit rate for uplink : ?
Guaranteed bit rate for downlink :?
Maximum bit rate for downlink (extended):?
Guaranteed bit rate for downlink (extended) : (0) Use the value indicated by the 'Guaranteed bit rate for downlink' field
Spare half octet ?


And what is the difference between them.
