Streaming problem on HSDPA

Dears,

From 2012-11-20, our network HSDPA total throughput decreased. Reason is youtube total thoughput decreased. How about your network? Is youtube change anything? We did not perform any action on network. HSDPA UE and per user throughput not decreased. Please help us

From Nov 20th we notice also throughput decrease in our RNCs. if someone knows something about it please share.

We found some youtube servers not working. our youtube throuhput was 60M but now it 40M.
