Hi Experts,
Due to RNC capacity issue we were suffering due to high MP load, consequently we have few ISLAND Sites.
As a solution to get rid of additional LAC/RAC updates. For an island site, we assigned LAC/RAC/URAID of neigboring sites. So practicaly all neigbors lies in different RNC while this ISLAND has now same LAC of surrounding sites.
After changing LAC all Ue orignating calls are perfect, while our Ue terminating calls are zero. CORE Team is confirming the correct definition on MSC, dont forget we have MSC in pool. So all MSCs contain the correct definition, please share your observation and let us know any probable reason why we are not able to receive call for this site.
Any thing missing on RNC, or MSC.
Its very important we are urgently waiting for it.
