SDCCH ACCESS Success Rate is Low??

Hi dears,

In some of BSCs in our E******* Network SDCCH ACCESS SUCCESS RATE is low and in others is high.

Is there any specific reason for that. And why in our 4000 BSC this problem is highlighted?

Please check that what is the value of RACH re-attempts set in your BSC.If its high as compared with other vendors then SDCCH ASR would be lesser.

We change MAXRET From 4 to 1 and SASR increased( 0.3 to 0.4). Do these changes cause some problem in low coverage areas or not?
And some more request : How i can see T3122 Value?
