Abis and PCU congestion for Nokia BSCs

Hello All,

Is anybody aware of what KPIs to check in NSN for Abis and PCU congestion? I came across some counters named dap 9 and dap 7a but I do not fully understand what these means and how to use it to benchmark congestion.

Please I would appreciate any help or documentation which fully explains the concept of Abis and PCU congestion in Nokia Siemens equipment.

Normally abis congestion due to PCU limitation? Normally we mean EDAP congestion by abis congestion. See below for the formulas:
