I'm searching additional info on new Ceragon E-Band device(not the rebrended Siklu)
and additional info on new N series modular (new Split mount based on Nera project)?

thx u in advance

ohhhh thay they sell also IP20C!! amazing 4x4MIMO with 2 unit ! :D

Of course. Two units on one side, two units on other side.

And of course thsi is 2x2 MIMO , Not 4x4 MIMO. But ,as usual, they need to force and exceed to impress someone ..Using inappropriated concept Because 4 is more and better then 2. :D

Ok, we have unit 1 or U1, and unit 2 or U2. So we have U1 on vertical, U1 on horizontal, U2 on vertical, U2 on horizontal. I'd say that's 4x4. What do you think?

exact!!and this is by definition a 2x2 LOS MIMO

again ..."WE HAVE" it is another strange interpratation of a distorted reality
maybe"we are study" is better to use... how can possible you have something that u are not even able to give the right definition?

another usless blaffing action
:D so funny!

No, funny thing is that you haven't read the brochure that you've posted. If you did, you'd see that it mentions dual core (a nice marketing term), which means one radio units supports two carriers. So one radio unit has two transmitters and two receivers. One unit alone can do XPIC configuration for example.
So if you now pair it with another unit of same type, you have 4 transmitters and 4 receivers. Hmmm, what does that make... Wait, let me check this E*******-sponsored PhD thesis on LOS MIMO for MW links (http://publications.lib.chalmers.se/records/fulltext/98876.pdf). Oh, here it is, on page 68:

So what do you think? Is it 4x4, or something else?

go deep and give me more amusement please!!

MIMO effect give 2 factor or 4 factor?
as reported u use xpic the mimo factor is 2
so mimo 2x2 on a DP
mimo key effect is the spatail separation, if u have 2 odu u cannot separete 4 trasmitter ..mimo effect steel is 2 CAMON!

and "we have" what means ? can i order for jenuary please?

ot the more recent
http://www.e*******.com/res/docs/review/Microwave-Capacity-Evolution.pdf

in all the docs ericcsson use 4x4 MIMO and ALWAYS adds the suffiix SS-DP (mandatory) , that it is used to explain the right concept
that it is different to 4x4 MIMO!
4x4 MIMO is a 4 TX each with spatial separation + 4 RX each with spatial separation!!!

i hope this helps

Let me share another E******* file on topic of MIMO:
30800
Here's how E/// defines spatial sepparation in combination with XPIC.

http://tesla.rcub.bg.ac.rs/~vmarko37/mw/ericMIMO.png

They say it's 4x4. And when it comes to telecommunications, I believe E/// :)

And key to MIMO is not spatial sepparation, key to (LoS) MIMO is any sort of sepparation where signals can be extracted, whether you do it based on polarization, or spatial sepparation that yields 90 deg phase shift. It's not necessarily 4 spatially separated antennas. So 4 carriers with spatial sepparation + polarization sepparation is 4x4. The end.

As for the availability date, who cares? It's commercial thing. Not for us engineers to bother with. Besides, today you work for one vendor, tomorrow, who knows...

PS I only go deep and give more amusement to girls, sorry... :)

..In anycase if i were ceragon I would have as taget basic features 4 exemple the support of jumbo frame on a real product as IP10 ( the current MW available in portolio )
instead of speculating on strange future product with amazing invented name with amazing performance (4x4mimo),a fantasy device.
So point to basic then evolve.
People/customer or tester teams should to focalize to reality ,thsi is the major cuntermeasure on marketing massive action (tipically from ceragon).
The reality is that the only full outdoor u can provide now is a standard 256qam that nobody bougth(a massive flop) and in a 80 and 60 ghz "buy and sel" from siklu

My best wishes guys ..and RUN!

4x4 MIMO (end stop) it is not possible with only 2 ODU , with 2 odu it is a 4x4 MIMO SS-DP
so u are confirming us that they forgot a peaces of name in brochure ...
this is enough for me..live in peace
in the image u posted u confirmed to us that "multiplexing factor" due to MIMO is 2x
if u belive in ERSS just go and read all the docs ...find another place where they report 4x4 MIMO (without specifyng SS-DP)

THis is the end , also because i m bored
