moshell9.0a issue installation

I have problem installation with the latest version of moshell posted here,that the versiob of cygwin is older the moshell version
so plz if somemone have an idea to solve this plz share it or the latest version of cygwin with here package maybe solve it

I also had the same problem when installed the new moshell 9.xx
So I deleted the previous cygwin version... and resintalled again de cygwin online... Then installed moshell 9.xx ... Finally everything works fine.

Thanks Bilal.but it works with cygwin packages version 2.738 till 2010,i try it.
