The problem of H332Kf:Failed Outgoing External Inter-Cell Handovers (Handover Request Rejected) (Invalid Cell) can be resolved by making sure that destination external cell does not belong to original source cell BSC and is not having duplicate CGI (Incorrect LAC,BCCH or BSIC) in external cells. In such cases external cells defination need to be removed and such NBR relations will be defined as internal rather than external cells.
