Query:How are the MBR , GBR, Initial Bitrate Related to the Admission

I'm having a hard time trying to find a good document explaining the where each BR is used, and on which is the CAC based, in addition to the DCC and LDR algorithms..

If anybody can share his knowldge or any good documnents in this specific regard it woul be highly appreaciated.

DCH Services - Initial Rates are smaller one of (MBR, UlBeTraffInitBitrate) in UL and smaller one of (MBR, DlBeTraffInitBitrate) in DL when DCCC is used.
HSDPA Services- GBR is the initial access rates.
HSUPA Services- Initial Access Rate can be HsupaInitialRate or MBR.

What about the "UL BE traffic threshold on HSUPA" located in the "UFRCCHLTYPEPARA" how is it related to them? and what is its effect on the access.

parameter decides the Uplink Services be carried on E-DCH or DCH. Here I paste the abstract from Huawei Documentation-"When the maximum UL service rate is higher than or equal to this threshold, the service will be carried on E-DCH. Otherwise, it will be carried on DCH"
