Query releating 2G optimization

Hi Masters;

While 2G optimization, i have seen that single site having two BCF. One BCF belong from first three sectors and other one are using for fourth sector only.

So it is that possible?, If possible, so what is the reason to uses the two BCF behind the same.

Hi Hari,
This is because of the maximum possible allowed TRXs that you can create in one logical/physical BCF, In earlier Ultra Nokia family only 12 TRXs can be configured in one BCF but now in Flexi BTS you can configure 24 TRX at max,
So you can't go beyond 24 TRXs in one BCF thats why you need another phyical/Logical BCF.
