How can we understand that site has feeder swap(not sector swap) from logfile?

Do you mean swap between 2 Rx cable?

Yes Rx cable or Jumper of antenna

As I know, from 3G drive test log file, you cannot do it. But you can do it by statistic.

u can check all the swap from the logfile..check the HO failure,call drop, frequent intracell HO..

You can find the problem by repeated Call setup in front of each sector. First of all lock on all 3 sector frequencies ( You must be near of site) and then setup a call
if after setup Frequency change to other sector TCHs and RxLevel degraded , it's may be a feeder swap in two sectors

Check as well in network statistics - DL/UL power balance on suspected cells - only analysing drive test data is not enough, you may miss a few.

are there any specific counters in ZTE system to measure UL/DL imbalance? i know its available in huawei system but not sure in zte
