TEMS Investigation 10.1 looks that it is compatible under the link. However, TEMS Investigation 13 and up is only compatible with 32 bit win XP and 7. TEMS 14.0.2 is compatible with windows7 64 bit. Is there anybody tried TEMS with windows8 yet?
