I think Weto is not protected by HASP SL ...
Why do you think could benefit the installer?
(because I can not find any clue to a HASP SL license, only a dongle)

Download Viskon or Lignikon.
Unpack installer and check a contents of folder /Lizenz
There is "personalized by vendor" hasp installer "LL30_AIE_Pinst" (probably 30-days HASP SL license)

Theoretically, there could be a license to be present in the installer.
(must be installed so as to know exactly)
look in the reference of the "hasp license installer api" for more details.
