Any one knows about the upgrading Database which is now in AIRCOM v4.2 to Aircom v7.0.

Note the problem is that using AIRCOM Administrator did not respond proper results cos the DB structure is different in v7.0

Which oracle version you are using for version 7?

1st provide a backup of your database (you can use following command "exp system@[database name]") this file will be use in case of losing your data, if you use oracle database 9.2.xx then you need to updata your database to 10.0.2 or newer.
you can google for how to update your database.
if you have proper oracle ver. then administrator will do it for you, otherwise try to update aircom to 5, then to 6 and after to 7.
another method is crate a databse using ver. 7 then import backup to new database.
in the worst case you can use xml export to move your project data from ver 4.2 to 7.

@ rfbsnl & loverman
the oracle version of AIRCOM 4.2 was 9.2.0.1 and I found it should be upgraded to 9.2.0.8 in order to be able to upgrade to Oracle 10g. 10.2.0.4

first i tried to upgrade like 4.2 -> 6.0 -> 7.0 but it failed. link and sites not visible.

But upgrading from 4.2 -> 5.2 -> 7.0 was successful. (May be a minor bug in upgrade sql scripts in v6.0)

Still have some minor problem in upgraded DB, but many thanks for your posts.
