Hi All
Little help with Huawei load HO clarification. When it’s set -LoadHoEn = YES should allow load distribution between same layer cells ( for example macro cell 900 ->macro cell 900). But for target cell one of requirement is :
Filtered receive level after handover penalty ≥ HOTHRES + INTELEVHOHYST – 64
which are THD and HYS for handover between cells on different layers or of different priorities. So with this LoadHOen is it possible to offload traffic to cell in same layer and priority?
