Any websites you list doesn't work any more~~~~
By the way , I'm studying on the scheduling of WiMAX with OPNET.
I wonder if OPNET has any predefined algorithm for QoS and scheduling. there are some in IP QoS, can I use them?
Actually I want to implement "proportional fairness" or my own scheduling algorithm, and how can I do ?
