I am getting lot of hspa AFR and DCR.But hard to find in nokia counter what excatly causing it.
Any good documents in NSN 3g to identify cause would be helpful.Can you please upload NSN post launch kPi analysis docs...for accessibility& retainiblity of Voice and Data....and throughput...
