Help:PCU Dimensioning-E*******

Need the information about, if the PCU allocation failure rate is high (GSL utilization is very high too), then how can we reconfigure/expand the PCU.
I mean if anyone can give us the E******* specific PCU dimensioning MACRO etc. of calculation procedure.

you can try decrease piltimer value on BSC, and remove some FPDCH channels(they reserve/use GSL devices all the time), on low traffic cells.
it will help you while you expand PCU...
