NSN LAC Capacity Calculation Criteria for Flexi BSC (S15)

Dear Memebers,

I need some help with calculation of LAC Capacity Criteria for NSN BSC. We have alot of paging deletions happeing in network and all optimization techniques have been applied. Prior to doing LAC split i need help with following

a) what is the maximum traffic a LAC can handle for NSN Flexi BSC ?
b) What is the Maximum paging Capacity for each LAC ?
c) Is there any counter in Netact that I can use to determine what LAC's are reaching the Threshold ?
