MY GOAL IS TO KNOW HOW MUCH COST X Mbit/sec (bidirectional so X + X garanted) in a radiolink at 10 Ghz or 17 Ghz. Any idea?

Besides, 10 GHz and 17 GHz, where allowed, are usually license-free.
