Unable to create a new table in Mapinfo(Message from Piano tool)

Hi All,

I am trying to use Mapinfo tool Piano for displaying NB relations.
I correctly defined BTS and HO table and successfully open them.
Next when I try to check a given NB relation after choosing the cell from the menu following message is displayed:

(piano.mb:2053) Unable to create a new table

Did anybody face/solve this problem? Any suggestions for this issue?
