Hi all..

I find out many cells with very very low PS/R99throughput, even 0 throughput, but HSDPA throughput is okay.

What i mean is that those cells have 0 value in VS.RB.PS.Int.DL.8,16,32... 384, so does in VS.RB.PS.Bk/Str.DL.8,16,32,...384

1. I've checked whether the configuration of ALL2path is mismatch between RNC and nodeB. But, it's Okay.
2. No alarm issues
3. I checked RNC parameter DlBeTraffThsOnHsdpa, is set to D64, or D128 (it occurs in random sites)

Any ideas please?.. :(

could you check the resource and the activation of the HS for those sites?

For downlink when HSDPA active, ps rab up to hsdpa (multi rab)
Better to ps r99 u can check in uplink throughput.

thanks...

THis is R99 PS. Is it possible just to not have so much users using it...?

Hi all,

For UL throughput PS, yes, it has around 150-200kbs.. it's normal I think..

The issue is in downlink. Most of user experience HSDPA, not R99..

Is thee any cell parameter to make n% of users will use R99 but not HSDPA? As far as I know, we put strict threshold for HSDPA user per cell based on HSDPAUEMeanCEll statisctic....

Here I put some example cells..
