Question- IUB Congestion UMTS [Archive]

Hi experts!!

Please can you help me in this issues, I have the following resource:
1.- Nodo B with two carriers.
2.- interface IUB 11MB aprox.
3.- 384 license CE UL.
4.- 384 lincese CE DL.
5.- vendor Huawei R13.

the cell rejects UE due to congestion in IUB but resources on that interface hasnt any problem. If you can see some mesurements in the file attachment it will be helpful.

please check the IPATH config BW from both RNC And NB and make sure that this much transmission condition.

I'm agree with AMAORI and moreover ask to check the physical link also maybe it is waste.

If DC hspa is enabled on ran12 & ran13 the BW of the iub should be 100mb
