what are the common issues and optimization process for RRC Connection Establish UE no Reply. How can we eliminate this failures. Huawei system.

Check for RTWP levels

Hi, If the RTWP levels are good? And i have checked that the site has high TP value.

You have to check the UE logs,first check whether UE is able to decode system informations or not.

well, in my experience, it is usually caused by faulty WBBP. BTW, comparing to attempt count, how big it is ( UU no reply ) ?

Maybe it could be as a result of the UE being too far from the NodeB.

I had the same problem with Huawei system. In some cases, when the distances between NodeBs are far, increase the RL power can solve the problem.
Anyone have another idea?

do you mean increase the power on DL or in UL?

On the DL. The parameter is RLMAXDLPWR with Huawei system.
