[Question] How to edit nbl file?

Hi all,

Can anyone tell me how to edit parameter on nbl file (measured by nemo handy)..:funk::funk::funk:

come on..
just open text editor then edit
or u can rename the extension to be csv or txt
then open with Excel...after edit, close and rename the extension again to be .nbl
finish
