Sudden degradation of CDR R99 and HSDPA KPIs

Dear Experts,
In one of the Huawei 3G networks am optimizing, a sudden increase in RNC DL throughput has been realized with no apparent explanation since the number of users has remained the same. This is in turn has affected the CDR KPI for both R99 and HSDPA.

What causes this and how can improve the KPI?

If No apparent explanation then the best would be to give a NodeB reset & see.Most of the time if it happened sudden could be due to a Hang.

Its not specific to a particular node B. The whole RNC KPI has deteoriated for Call drop rate (CDR) for both PS and HSDPA. could this be a result of increased RNC throughput?
