Emu Lic Generator????

Pls. kindly share if you have emul lic generator?

If I can see the following line in my reg file, does it means that the reg file is only for my pc (hostID)???

"HostID"=hex:\

How the seller block his reg & emul to avoid using in any other pc?

I can not use emul in other pc now. :@

How can I reverse it to use in other pc?
