Hi all,
I faced the problem in TEMS phone. First when i connect the usb charger from laptop to the phone, it will popup screen "Connecting to PC. Select Cancel if using a non Windows device."
During this time the phone is still charging. But right after i select cancel then the phone will stop charging. But if i did not select Cancel then TEMS could not see the device.
Do you experience the same problem? Could you help to suggest how can we charge the phone together with running TEMS Investigation.
