Can you please share the method to measure One way delay, jitter and Packet loss of IP Services over UMTS (following the image below) ?

some vendors offer the possibility to measure in IuB .... Ive never heard in other interfaces...

I mean to measure OWD, Jitter, Packet loss for over Bearer service: From UE to GGSN not only in Iub. Did you do any experiment like this?
