Problem in Tems14 & Xperia Arc Phones

I have encountered some problems with TEMS 14 & Xperia Arc phones:
-When we make test with Xperia Arc and W995, we cannot see some parameters with Xperia Arc(FER,BER,SQI,DTX). Below is a sample snapshot.

- Another problem is: When we make scanner test, (W995 configured as scanner), During test we can see that mobile is making measurements and we are able to see the measurements. But when we try to play the recorded logs in TEMS again, or export these logs in mapinfo format we cannot see any scanner data. In the attached video there is a sample. In the video, when I start to record the log, suddenly no measurements are seen. When I stop recording, I am again able to see the measurements. When I play the log again I can’t see any measurements.

Do you have any idea about solution for the cases that we are faced to? Please need your support and experiences in this regard!

brother i have faced the same problem... and i asked the same question before but didn't get any helpful feedback.

Somethings i like to share,

with scanner mode, if you set to scan full band then the # of samples for each channel is small or say more channels you scan less samples are measured. Then you will see very few points as normally not all channels are transmitted but only some. Then you should limit the specific channels you want only.

Anybody has original TI13 or 14 to test if have same problem with Xperia and W995 scanning?
Because i am using emulator for TI14, need to be insure about the problem is it because of emulator or it has same problem with original TI too?

Hi all friend
for me also face to same problem, when Mobile stay on Idle Mode can see C/I Worst, but when we make call is nothing show just only Rx_level and Rx_Quality.

can someone help, how to show this problem

not, *****ed dongle; i think is your emul file problem;
