GSM handover

Dears,
I need to know any parameter of decrease better cell handover in GSM. Please suggest me any hysteresis and threshold value of huawei BSC6900. Because better cell handover mostly preformed and success rate is low. outgoing cell is GSM900 and incoming cell is DCS1800, this 2 cells are overlapped. Please help us

could you try increase intercellho hysteresis of the worst cell im kpis?

hi,first i try to enhance hysteresis for pbgt ho.for threshold you can change P/N to decrease ho count but i do not prefer.thanks
