I realy can't help you if i don't understand what you are looking for..

usually the vendor must provide you with features description guide, request that info from them or try find it here. You will be surpised what info u can find here :)

Or you can download the appropriate standard of the system that you are using. The LTE standards describe the features of NodeB and the whole system. Mayebe they need a lot of study, but all the information is there. Fo this, search in the IEEE documents/standards.
