I have a question on user experience.
If UE is doing normal voice call service and due to any reason,it's switching from dedicated mode to idle mode.
After that, user will continuing the call if cell update success?

Do you mean a drop call occur? If so definitely you need to re establish call connection after the cell update since you can only do a cell update if it is in halted state

Yes. Therefore need to start another call and get the alerting message again?

Since that you are allocated into another cell, you will have to reestablish your profile and connection IDs. Thus, I think that you will have to start another call. Nowadays, the switching from one celll to another is done very quickly, seamless handover, and is almost never fail or noticed. More and smaller cells with better coverage.
