As seen this cell is having PS interRAT failure mostly pegged under the cause of IRATHO.FailOutPSUTRAN.PhyChFail

As checked from the Ucell Gcell, it is obverved that highest failure are towards the U900 co-sector GSM900 cell.

Please advise what are the other possible counter I can check to drilldown further for this case? What is the congestion stats from the target GSM cell which could affect IRAT event? SDCCH blocking rate? TCH blocking rate?
