WCDMA coverage

Dears,
Before mu network has good coverage. But now coverage become poor. I think that is defends on traffic icreasement. I just deployd second carrier bur coverage is still poor. How to increase coverage without add nodeBs? Can i control our coverage change any parameter?
RF units output tower is configured max 43dBm.

You can config to 46 dbm to increase dl coverage. However dl coverage quality ec/io is depend on traffic. You also need to check dl vs ul balancing, if the coverage is limited by ul then add more dl power wont help much. Then you should think to add new site

do you have a quick suggestion on how to check balancing in HW ??? I dont remember seeing any counter related to it...

In my opinion add mor Node B, but first try to use something like Attol or Planet to have an ideia of interference and possible gain in coverage
