Dear Expert / guys


Help me to fix !!! KPI TCH assignment fail it high after swap SIEMENS to Huawei, it have problem only BSC huawei join to MSC Nonia

I found >> A3129H:Failed Assignments (Clear Commands Sent By MSC)(none) is increase.

Please help me.

Dear Rachatak
Please use the trace option or check the CHR in the BSC to have more detail about your problem .

This area have wsap 5 BSC

1. before BSC SIEMENS under MSC SIEMENS --> BSC Huawei under MSC SIEMENS --> not have problem.
2. before BSC SIEMENS under MSC SIEMENS --> BSC Huawei under MSC Nokia --> have problem.

Dear Rachatak,

as per your investigation, the clear request send by the MSC is mainly due to two reasons:

1. MSC Assignment Complete timer too low, check its value against the recommended one 30s
2. MSC behavior when receiving a Disconnect from the MS before the assignment complete procedure finish, does any one from Nokia Core Network know about a feature to correct this case?

1. for MSC assignment timer my network is 28 Sec. For this value i changed to 30 Sec , but not clear.
2. In my network it have many MSC Nokia,
- GBSS9 not have problem
