ISDN Cause code

Dear all
with the drive test logfile we some time found drop call with "Cause No. 31 - normal. unspecified"
But i don't know clearly about explaination, you can see at : http://networking.ringofsaturn.com/Routers/isdncausecodes.php
So,Could anyone give me more detail about this cause code?

Hi! Actually it may not be a drop, it may be disconnect or release. What exactly message are you talking about?
If it's Call Control Message Type Disconnect with cause Cause (31) Normal, unspecified then i would suggest to check B-side.
Sometimes auto-answer disconnects the call with this cause if subscriber is unreachable. Please check also if you have
Call Alerting after Call Setup.
