UMTS/HSPA ZTE KPIs

Hello dear experts!

I need your help please.. I´m working for an operator analyzing his ZTE UMTS/HSPA network, but they have a huge problem with their KPIs, the formulas implemented are wrong or they don´t know how to measure the most important QoS parameters..

Please can you help me with this please?!?

Availability
Accessibility
Retainability
Throughput
Integrity
Mobility
