LTE Parameters export help needed.

Hi Folks,
Iam a newbie to LTE, can somebody explain how to export LTE Parameters from the CExplorer & how to parse the XML, i want to export the following parameters.
latitude
longitude
Antenna height
PCI
Locallcellid
electricaltilt
mechanicaltilt

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
